Booking an Appointment
Registered patients can book non-urgent appointments online with their own family physician. For urgent appointments, or to see a nurse, call 519-364-2820 and speak with a receptionist.
We are not accepting new patients at this time. See Find a Family Doctor to register with Health Care Connect.
When the Clinic Is Closed
We are not a walk-in clinic, and visits are by appointment. Outside clinic hours:
